MD HQL Application

The MD HQL application can be frustrating. We have eliminated the need to work your way through the Maryland HQL License webpage.  On our mdhql.com home page we provide you links to the Maryland State Police Licensing division.  If you do have a problem with their site, it is best to directly contact the Maryland State Police Licensing division at 410.653.4222.  I have found them to be very helpful.
