If you are not computer savvy completing the Maryland online HQL requirement can be a challenge. If you are exempt from training, but have no idea how to get through the process, we are happy to help you and we will make the process easy. Once you finish, the only left to do is wait for your HQL permit.

If you choose live assistances, we will provide you the computer, or if you wish feel free to bring yours if you desire. We will help you navigate the online HQL system and walk you through "errors" that will come up.
